Crèche is for preschool children. There will be age appropriate activities on a bible theme as well as toys to play with. Parents are welcome to leave their children with members of the crèche team or stay with them.

The Junior Church children stay in church for a short part of the start of the service before leaving for their age appropriate groups. By doing this we like to show them that they are part of the church. During the group time the leaders will teach the Christian message through games, songs, Bible stories and relevant art, crafts and activities.

When the children leave the service they go into groups for the following school years:

Creche - preschool / Reception

Junior Church - Reception through to year 6

K-os  - Years 7 to 9

JAUL Year 10 and above

All our volunteers are DBS checked

Messy Church at breakfast time! Held on the third Sunday of the month 9:00-10:00am. This is primarily aimed at young families. We have a free breakfast for the whole family to join together, followed by a short service. The service is lively and noisy with singing, instruments, craft and story telling. Learn about God in a relaxed, child friendly way. Do come and join in.

Small Talk is the name of the church toddler group, of which there are 2 sessions. Children and their carers meet on a Wednesday morning from 10.00 - 11.30 and a Wednesday afternoon from 1.00 - 2.30. The main hall is open where a large variety of toys are available. An area is separated for the young babies where baby chairs and age-appropriate toys are provided. Large cushions and books make a cosy reading place. Ride on toys and an activity frame are central to the fun with table top toys and craft activities also provided. The fun pauses for drinks and biscuits (tea and coffee for carers) before finishing with a short singing session.

Please drop in to either group for a taster session. At busy times you may be asked to join a waiting list.
